Financial Supervisor
Marling Lumber is seeking a Financial Supervisor at our corporate office in Janesville. Position will oversee accounting systems and maintain accurate records and financial documentation.
Duties: Analyze financial records in relation to current budget and prior year information, audit expenditures and balances, reconcile accounts, monitor expenditures, supervise accounts payable/receivable and inventory control.
Required Skills: Excellent organizing abilities, strong attention to detail, supervisory and leadership skills, knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, ability to analyze and interpret financial data, proficiency with Word, Excel, power point, accounting and financial software.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration and at least three years of managerial experience required. experience with construction industry a plus.

Boom Truck Driver

Marling Lumber and Home Works is seeking a Class A or B CDL driver with boom (Crane) truck experience. At least one year of experience required. Driver will be delivering building materials. First shift schedule. Must possess an acceptable and safe driving record, positive attitude, be organized, dependable, punctual and have good customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Pre-employment drug screen required. Salary commensurate with experience. Experienced Tool Repair Technician
Marling Lumber Co. and Homeworks is seeking a part-time tool repair technician.  This is a sub-contractor position. We have a full-service, stocked tool crib with internet access. Hours would be first shift and vary upon season – 20 to 30 a week. Our former tech retired and we would like to continue repairing tools for our customers. Requirements include: high school diploma or equivalent; five years of experience, mechanical background in tool repair. Must possess a certificate of insurance for liability purposes.
