The Makita 36V (18V X2) LXT® Brushless Rear Handle 7-1/4” Circular Saw (XSR01PT) integrates advanced brushless motor technology with two 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion batteries for powerful cordless performance. This design allows for cutting sheet and dimensional lumber without the constraints of a cord, while using the same fast-charging batteries compatible with the entire Makita 18V LXT® tool range.
The saw features a blade-left rear-handle design and an electronically-controlled motor that achieves 5,100 RPM. It can make up to 558 cross-cuts per charge in 2x4 SPF lumber with two 5.0Ah batteries. Additional highlights include a 2-9/16” cutting capacity for 3X lumber in a single pass, an electric brake for enhanced productivity, and a lightweight construction at just 12.4 lbs. (batteries included).
